Sous Chef (m/f/d) (Ajundante)

Location: Placa Pax, 24 - Felanitx
Do you have previous experience as a Sous Chef and are you ready to join a dynamic, innovative team? Working closely with the Head Chef, you will take on responsibilities and bring your ideas to life as part of our unique menu. You’ll also be in direct contact with guests and working in the open kitchen at the bar, putting the guest experience front and center.
Responsibilities
• Support the Head Chef in planning and preparing dishes
• Coordinate the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Interact with guests in the open kitchen, embracing the show kitchen concept
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef
• Passion for creative, Mediterranean cuisine
• Sociable and enjoys guest interaction in an open kitchen
• Proficiency in Spanish and English
• Team-oriented and responsible
